Getting recovery in patients with "permanent" neurological Injuries and diseases, requires a paradigm shift in understanding those injuries and diseases.

It also requires investigation by those who are entrusted with guaranteeing the public's safety.

Fortunately, the research is done.

These files represent the results of many years of investigations and efforts by many agencies at the Federal and State Government levels. These files show their paradigm shift in understanding serious neurological problems and how I can help.

I developed a different paradigm, and that's how I get better results.

These files show that I get better results, because I have a better approach.

It's a paradigm shift that works.

But first, some context.

I treated Medicare patients with a customized approach to treating brain injuries from any cause, including stroke and traumatic brain injury/concussion. Medicare thought that these patients were permanently injured and that no therapy would help.

Then I treated the patients, and they got better.

Medicare investigated. They reviewed my care of these patients. In fact, they reviewed 100% of my patients over a 10 year period, as well as the patients' medical records from Doctors treating the patient before and after they completed my program.

And Medicare determined that I was right.

There was, and is, hope .

In fact, there was, and is, help.

They found that my unique patented approach was "Medically Necessary" for any and all patients with injuries from Stroke and Brain Injuries.

Then the Social Security Administration, which oversees Medicare, did their own review. Their independent review of my patient care was for the same 10 year time frame.

They agreed with Medicare. and found my techniques successful in treating patients who suffered from Strokes and Brain Injuries. Additionally, they found that the approach was effective in helping patients recover who had Memory Loss, Dementia, Parkinson's disease, Epilepsy, Learning Disabilities, as well as Balance disorders . They ordered Medicare to pay for treating these additional conditions. They determined that my unique approach was "Medically Necessary" for recovery from these conditions.

I have included one of over 30 decisions, covering a wide range of conditions. All of the SSA's decisions were favorable.

The Florida Board of Medicine and State of Florida Department of Health perfomed their own multi year review. Many physicians believed that recovery would be impossible in these patients with Stroke and Brain Injuries. Florida's investigation covered the several years following Medicare's and the Social Security Administration's reviews. The investigation included hearing testimony from physicians from Universities, including from Yale's Department of Neurology, who believed that recovery in these patients was impossible.

Their investigation also included medical records, patient interviews, their own review of the results, and additional interviews of independent Doctors with personal knowledge of each of the patients during that time frame.

The State of Florida's investigation found that I had developed a new and successful therapy. They also confirmed that my treatment helped patients who were considered "permanently" injured. Their decision is attached.

The Florida Board of Medicine and the Florida Department of Health found that I was "the first physician to restore deficits caused by stroke."
